- Remove trash & debris from the interior and exterior
- Carpet removal
- Mowing & landscaping
- Tree trimming
- Order utilities
- Pool service
- Snow removal
- Winterization
- Cleaning

Maintenance & Repairs
- A list of repairs immediately needed
- On-going maintenance issues
- Tackle code violation notices

Occupancy Check
- Determine if the property is occupied.
- Keys for cash
- Obtain lease if a lease in not in place
- Handle the eviction process

| Once the initial checklist has been completed, and the necessary work orders done, the property is ready to be managed or sold. |
